How to Repair Damaged, Brittle, Dry, or Colored Hair

If you want to repair your damaged hair the natural way, you need to first look at what goes inside your locks. Learning the structure of hair goes a long way in understanding how to care for it properly. Hair consists of 4 parts – the cuticle, the cortex, the pigment, and the medulla. The cuticle is the outermost layer of the hair (the gray area in the diagram). Inside the cuticle is the cortex (the white area), which contains your hair’s natural proteins, oils, and lipids. The blue dots represent melanin, which is the pigment of the hair within the cortex. When you dye your hair, you are essentially changing the structure of the molecules within the cortex. To get to the cortex, you have to force open the cuticle, which you can only do with chemicals. It is at this stage when the problems with dry and damaged hair begin. Because the cortex contains proteins, oils, and lipids, you’ve essentially stripped your hair of healthy nutrients. Consequently, the only way to replenish your locks is to use products with extra protein and oils as active ingredients. Our Beer Egg Yolk Deep Conditioning Hair Mask can help. This product consists of over 90% proteins, which can help restore your lackluster locks. Egg yolk, one of the active ingredients in this mask, is an excellent source of protein, minerals, and nutrients. It can successfully replenish the deficient proteins in the cortex. This product not only repairs your hair from within, but protects your cuticles as well. Nourishing ingredients, such as Peppermint Oil, Cedarwood Oil, and Ginger Extract found in this product, all increase blood circulation to the roots, successfully repairing your damaged hair. Try this hair mask out, and see the difference for yourself.   Beer Egg Yolk Deep Hair Conditioning Hair Mask This hair mask is made from 100% natural oils and extracts. It will nourish and repair dry, damaged, frizzy, dull, or color-treated hair. Because this hair mask is packed with hydrating and restorative ingredients, you’ll see drastic improvements with regular use. Peppermint oil fights hair loss since menthol increases cuticle sensitivity. Ginger extract stimulates hair growth, while reducing dandruff and preventing hair loss. Cedarwood oil stimulates hair follicles, increasing scalp circulation. Helpful at reducing dandruff, it also combats thinning hair.   Ingredients: Rose extract, Aloe vera extract, Green tea extract, Beer, Ginger extract, Argan oil, Evening primrose oil, Coconut oil, Avocado oil, Grape seed oil, Pumpkin seed oil, Cetyl alcohol, BTMS, Silk protein, Egg yolk, Phenoxyethanol, Potassium sorbate, Peppermint oil, Cedarwood oil, Antioxidants vitamins C and E, Honey This product is free from: phthalates, sulfates, parabens, gluten, cruelty, chemicals, and fragrance        ...
